• Contact me via email to let me know your needs.
• I'll respond very quickly with cost information and turnaround time (I make every effort to be speedy! - often with same-day service, and with a maximum of 48 hours for documents of 20 pages or less).
• When you're ready to proceed, email your document to us (Microsoft Word is preferred, but other formats may be acceptable as well). If you only have a hard copy of your work and would like me to mark directly on that, let me know and I'll give you my mailing address.
• I'll go to work, meticulously combing through your document (usually reading and re-reading at least three times!). When completed, I will email you a password-protected version of your corrected document with all the changes highlighted using the Track Changes functionality built into Microsoft Word.
• Once payment has been authorized, I'll email you the document password. For repeat customers, or for those referred by existing customers, I may skip the password-protecting part in order to expedite things.
• You can then use the document password to open and review the changes and choose to accept some or all of them.
